Chinese operated Vietnamese restaurant. There isn’t much to speak of ambience or food-wise but it’s a good quick eat in-and-out venue. Located on a strip mall, it provides ample parking for a Richmond restaurant. The taste of the soup base and portions are reasonable and there’s an option to build your own pho, for those picky eaters who dislike the regimented combo orders.
Special noodle combo- includes spring roll/salad roll (spring roll shown)
The spring roll was a little stiff, as if it was out for a long time. Would’ve been better had it been crunchier.
Build your own pho – selection of up to three items (beef, meatballs and turnip shown)
